All of our products are 100% guaranteed. If, within 30 days of the purchase date, you are not satisfied with a Torrent product, bring it back to the dealer you bought it from. Present your sales receipt, and we will replace it without question. Or return it directly to our head office for a replacement or refund. Access our online return form.
At Torrent, we stand behind everything we make. If your Torrent product fails due to workmanship or material defect during the first year of ownership, please return it to us for repair or replacement. Damage due to wear and tear will be repaired at a reasonable charge. This warranty does not cover damages caused by misuse or improper care. So it is important to follow care & maintenance instructions.

Care & maintenance instructions
- Taking care of your Torrent garment!
Make sure that your Torrent clothing continues to perform optimally for a very long time by paying close attention to the washing instructions printed on the label inside each garment. As a general rule, you should wash in cold water with a mild detergent and lay out flat the garment to dry.
As with most waterproof and breatheable clothing, the original water resistant finish is DWR (Durable, Water-Repellant) which prevents the surface from becoming saturated, thus permitting high breatheability. This finish should be checked at least one time a season - more often if heavily used or washed often. If water no longer beads on the surface of the garment, it is time to give it another coating of DWR.
- Warnings :
- Never dry clean ;
- Do not use bleach or softeners;
- Never iron. The synthetic fibers used int these products cannot support heat.
- Do not put them in a dryer;
- Avoid contact with mosquito repellent containing DEET.
- Stain removal :
- To remove persistent stains from your technical clothing, moisten and rub the spot with a dab of dishwashing soap. Then wash the garment in cold water with a mild detergent.
